Looking for a place to get away from it all and enjoy some time in the local mountains? This is a nice cabin on Forest Service land. There is one big room upstairs and it is divided into three separate rooms without doors between them. Two of the rooms upstairs have closets, so with the bedroom downstairs, we are calling this a three bedroom/one bathroom cabin. However, there is an extra room upstairs without a closet. It has an open kitchen floor plan and a nice size living room complete with a wood burning stove. Washer and dryer hookups are in the bathroom. Records show 756 square feet but with the 560 sq/ft upstairs counted, it is approximately 1316 square feet of living space. Stairs and ladder to the upstairs are rather steep but that does not mean that they can't be reconfigured or possibly have a spiral staircase put in. There is currently an existing garage. As with all of these Forest Service cabins, there is a yearly lease and there are a few regulations (including that they cannot be used for a full time residence and they cannot be used as a rental).
