I obtained my Real Estate license in 1979, assisting both sellers & buyers in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange Counties. I am fully experienced with all types of real estate sales, Short Sales, Probate/Living Trust & lender foreclosures. I am HUD and Fannie Mae – Foreclosure approved to assist buyers in submitting bids for HUD and Home path Reo foreclosure properties.
My primary objective is helping my clients with their most important financial purchase. I will fully explain the home sale transaction from start to finish from our first meeting and throughout the process to get the job done right.
As your real estate agent I will guide & educate clients through the buying/ selling of their home. I meet with clients to discuss & fully guide them through every step of the transaction, answering all of your questions & concerns accordingly.
