A little bit about myself: I have been selling real estate in Norco and its surrounding areas for over 21 years and I am one of the very few professionals that uniquely specializes in horse and ranch properties. It is important to understand that although any real estate professional can legally sell horse property, not every one specializes in such and this can place you in a disadvantage.  I possess a Real Estate Broker's License in California and Texas and network with buyers and sellers from both states that are eager to move from one state to the other. Clearly this will give you a significant advantage in buying and or selling.  

     For the past 21 years, I  have been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions.  I have sold millions of dollars in real estate ranging from lower priced homes all the way through multi-million dollar homes. I have been the recipient of various awards for selling real estate.  I also hold various designations and accreditations in this profession including the rarely achieved National Association of Realtors designation, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). I have worked as an agent in just about every popular franchise office and also larger independent offices and I have owned my own franchise office. Additionally, I have owned my own mortgage company and escrow division and have coached and trained new and experienced real estate professionals. Additionally, I have been hired by investors and attorneys as a professional consultant and expert in real estate matters.  Aside from my real estate experience, I am proud to state that I served our great country in the Marine Corps and I am also a retired Deputy-Sheriff. No one else can offer you this much experience in real estate! 

     Aside for the passion that I have for the preservation of the American Cowboy way of life and horses, one of the factors that has contributed to my success in horse and ranch properties is the personal commitment that I make to my clients. I believe in the "Golden Rule" that teaches us to treat others as we would like to be treated. Therefore, I make it a point to handle each and every transaction as if it were my own leaving nothing to chance!  Furthermore, when it comes to service, I do not believe it is quantity but rather "quality" that distinguishes an agent above the rest. What I mean is that there are many professionals that boast about the "numbers" they sell but clearly, if they are so busy, what "quality" of service can they afford you? The answer is simple: Leftovers!
