Henry and Eileen have been involved in residential real estate since 1977, when they began a family business working with Southern California Builders in constructing new homes. After 20 years, they embarked on a new career with a nationwide corporation, specializing in landscape and concrete construction. This took them across the country to several states to spend time with people of different backgrounds and lifestyles and to appreciate the beauty of our country.

After several years, the call of family and grandchildren brought them back to California, where the next adventure began. Working directly with buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals with their personal homes.  Their focus  for the past few years has been on assisting many Baby Boomers from all over the country who want to find that perfect home and community to enjoy the Active Adult lifestyle.

Henry and Eileen reside in an Active Adult Community and personally know the benefits of the lifestyle these communities have for folks like themselves. Less worry about maintaining a large home and more focus on "living the life" we've all worked, or are working, toward.
