I am a serious career-oriented Realtor with over 1000 transactions personally completed.  I Pride myself on the High Quality of service that I provide to my clients.

I am not a rookie in the world of Real Estate.  I have developed my own unique style over the past twenty years that is far different than most of my associates.  I have strong marketing skills and significant experience with the Southern California real estate market. In short, I have proven my ability to serve my clients in this rapidly-changing marketplace!

I  take my job very serious and work hard for my clients 7 days a week.  I also know what it takes to get the job done and don't waste your time with old-fashioned, out-dated Real Estate marketing practices! 

I am more into what I call the "Science of Real Estate" and have over the years developed my own methods, practices, and marketing plans to achieve the desired end result.

Please don't be fooled by agents claiming to be a "full-time agent" or an "area expert" when their experience consists of a handful of easy sales in a very good market.  The biggest mistake I see is people going with a friend or relative that might be new to the business, yet lacks the expertise needed to negotiate effectively on their behalf.

For most people, their home is the biggest investment/nest egg that they have, the sale or purchase of which should be taken very seriously!
